Responsible Citizen

Are you a responsible citizen? You could be, or you could not be. Responsible citizens have these qualities:
They obey all laws and rules, if they didn't do this then people would probably kill each other  that's why following rules and laws is important.

The second quality is contributing. If nobody contributes then there won't be a strong community because so people will have food so if people do contribute the community will be strong that's why contributing is important .

The third quality is being a helpful bystander: if nobody did this then people won't stop bad things from happening. If people do be a helpful bystanders then the person who's doing the  wrong thing might think “Actually I shouldn't have done that, it wasn't the right thing to do next time I won't do that.”

The  fourth quality is looking after the environment, people and things: if this quality was missing then Antarctica would properly melt. If people care about the environment then they will all do their best to protect Antarctica, the environment and all living things, treat them like you would want to be treated yourself.

António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres, is an excellent example of a responsible citizen because his three biggest political positions are 1 United Nations high commissioner of refugees 2 prime minister of portugal  and 3 Secretary General of United Nations so he is properly the most responsible citizen in the world.

Overall you should follow these rules because then we can have a safe strong community and this will be good because it will make the world a better place.
